under the following conditions:

Images, videos and iconography

Subject to the intellectual property rights of third parties, images that are the exclusive property of the CNIL are, unless otherwise stated, made available under the terms of the CC BY-ND-NC 4.0 FR licence
under the following conditions:

How should I credit CNIL content that I reuse?
Users who wish to reuse the content made available must indicate:

- The authorship of the content with the following statement: ‘Source: CNIL – https://www.cnil.fr’,
- The date on which the content was extracted from the site: ‘DD/MM/YYYY’,
