Reuse of content

The texts available on the site are educational content developed by the CNIL and made available under the terms of the licence

CC-BY-ND 4.0 FR 

under the following conditions:

• Attribution: you must credit the content, include a link to the licence and specify the date on which the content was extracted from the website. You must indicate this information by all reasonable means, without suggesting that the CNIL supports you or supports the way in which you have used its content.
• No modifications.

Images, videos and iconography

The images available on the website include photographs, screenshots and illustrations.

Subject to the intellectual property rights of third parties, images that are the exclusive property of the CNIL are, unless otherwise stated, made available under the terms of the CC BY-ND-NC 4.0 FR licence

under the following conditions:

How should I credit CNIL content that I reuse?

2. The authorship of the content with the following statement: ‘Source: CNIL – https://www.cnil.fr’,
3. The date on which the content was extracted from the site: ‘DD/MM/YYYY’,
4. The licence under which the content or data was made available, using the following iconography:
